By accessing and using Etsy God ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Etsy God is a print-on-demand automation platform that helps users create and manage products on Printify and Etsy. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered design generation
  • Product creation on Printify
  • Listing publication to Etsy
  • Project and collection management
  • Performance analytics

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Create offensive, harmful, or illegal content
  • Violate Etsy's or Printify's terms of service
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions

5. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that AI-generated designs may:

  • Require review before commercial use
  • Potentially resemble existing works unintentionally
  • Be subject to the terms of underlying AI service providers

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. The hybrid approval gates are designed to help you maintain this control.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Etsy, Printify, and Google AI. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third-party services.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds for partial months
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Free tier limitations may change with notice

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
